Default Why does my Storm Bow look different?

I just got a storm bow with a vamp mod on it. I wanted to change the vamp string to a poisonous one. I bought one and applied it and now the bow doesn't have that glow like it did. Can you not change the mod on storm bows without losing that glow that they have?

Ok...I don't know why it did that, but after I restarted guild wars it has the normal appearance now. That was odd!

Could it be you looked at the bow while out exploring, and with a ritualist npc? The rit npc's like to cast weapon spells on you which adjust the appearance of your weapon until the spell ends.

If it was a Rit spell, the effect would have gone away quickly. As you can read, the OP only had to reboot to get the graphic images to load properly. =\

Graphic glitch... sometimes it happens to me the whole glowing thing stops glowing until I reset Guild Wars by completely exiting and then re-entering.
